Prevenova GmbH ("we", "us") operates the website prevenova.com. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data, in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP, in force since 1 September 2023) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

When you visit prevenova.com, our servers and analytics tools automatically collect:

We use the following third-party services, which may transfer data to the United States. Transfers outside Switzerland/the EEA are based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or adequacy decisions.

Google LLC (USA) — website traffic analytics. IP anonymisation enabled. You can opt out via the Google add-on or our cookie banner.

HubSpot

HubSpot Inc. (USA) — CRM and marketing. HubSpot is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

2.5 Retention periods

  • Contact inquiries: up to 3 years after the last contact
  • CRM records (HubSpot): duration of the business relationship + 3 years
  • Analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics default)
  • Accounting and tax records: 10 years (Swiss Code of Obligations, Art. 958f)

2.6 Your rights

  • Access — a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectification — correction of inaccurate data
  • Erasure — where no statutory retention obligation applies
  • Restriction of processing
  • Data portability (GDPR)
